Galleywood Road - Chelmsford

The client approached DCA for a combined architectural and building surveying service to fully refurbish and extend their three storey house. The client required the interior layout to be remodelled and for an extension to be formed to provide them with a family room area.

The work concentrated principally on interior alterations which included extensive stripping out, provision of en-suites to main bedrooms, kitchen design and general repair works to the building fabric.

A close working relationship with the client was required throughout the project to advise on design and cost implications
as the construction works proceeded.
