Catering Facilities - HAC London

As the core facility to the business and having a capacity of 500 covers, the Honourable Artillery Company required their existing kitchen equipment to be replaced and modernised. DCA were commissioned as lead consultants to project manage the refurbishment and redesign of the kitchen and associated facilities.

In addition to providing a state of the art kitchen, the works involved remodelling and rationalising the layout, forming staff welfare facilities and offices and the installation of mechanical extra equipment. The dining facilities had to remain operational whilst all the works took place.

The main contractor was Wallis (French Kier).
