North Station Road - Colchester

A development of 16 no. two bedroom flats in a 4 storey block for Hallmark Developments Ltd. The service provided was in the capacity of architectural designers to the developer/contractor.

The construction was traditional brick with a timber frame for this former bakery site which was required to form an infill to the street scene linking the regimented Victorian town houses heading towards the town centre with the fragmented commercial and residential developments surrounding the railway station.
