Tillicum Cottage - Wickham Bishops

An extensive renovation and extension project of a three bedroom bungalow property. The client commissioned DCA to provide a comprehensive architectural service including design and contract administration. The client involved DCA to identify the potential of the property prior to making the purchase.

Sought principally for its location within Wickham Bishops, the client required additional accommodation and remodelling of the internal layout and to enhance the visual appearance of the exterior. The works also included replacing the UPVC cladding to the timber frame with masonry and the root retiled using clay plain tiles.
