Established Clients Goldace Developments Ltd instructed DCA to provide a range of feasibility options to redevelop a recently purchased site containing a pair of semi-detached houses that had been fire damaged necessitating complete demolition.

A scheme was designed and planning approval was granted by London Borough of Havering to construct a 3-storey building to include 9 new apartments. DCA then produced detailed drawings for Building Regulations approval. Once the construction phase had begun a small redundant part of the site was sold off and DCA were instructed by the purchasers to prepare drawings for the construction of 2 semi-detached bungalows.

In addition to providing the developer with a number of professional services we were also instructed by the client’s finance provider, Handelsbanken, to act as Development Monitoring Surveyors. Within this instruction we provided the Lender with monthly progress reports and authorised release of interim payments of the development finance.
