Our Chartered Building Surveyors often act as Party Wall Surveyors, a statutory appointment arising out of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.  Acting either as the building owners surveyor or adjoining owners surveyor and occasionally as the agreed surveyor or third surveyor we can prepare and agree party wall awards and uphold the legislation.
