Patching Hall Lane - Chelmsford

DCA were instructed to design this detached bungalow created in the rear garden of our clients.  Initially for their parents to live in but subsequently was sold to a private buyer.  We were instructed to prepare planning and building regulations applications and to submit to the local authority.
