On development schemes and larger building projects we can offer a ‘turn key’ operation. Our project managers (who are all Chartered Building Surveyors), acting as the single point of contact with a client, use our in house architectural and building surveying teams together with external consultants (as the project dictates) to ensure a scheme is delivered on time, to the required quality and at the agreed price.
Our Chartered Building Surveyors have in excess of 40 years experience in surveying buildings. We regularly act as expert witnesses in building/boundary disputes and other construction related issues. We often act as Single Joint Experts under the Civil Procedure Rules.
We are based in the City of Chelmsford, Essex but often work throughout the UK and occasionally in Europe.
